Camp is designed for new and experienced tackle rugby players in preparation for the 2010 season
Under 15 & Under 19 tackle players (ages 11 - 18 as of 9/1/09) who are interested in playing tackle rugby are encouraged to attend!

Camp Schedule
Saturday: Rugby gear & equipment, fitness, nutrition & wellness, conditioning, rugby basics, tackle/line/rucking stations, kicking, position coaching
Sunday: Conditioning, position coaching, tackle/line/rucking stations, SCRIMMAGES
Some instruction/coaching will be split between new and experienced players to address the needs of each group.
Things you will need for camp: MOUTHPIECE, cleats, healthy lunch for Saturday, plenty of WATER, light snacks/sports drinks, dress in layers with shorts/sweat pants that have a draw string, sweatshirts (no hoodies), extra clothing because we will play rain or shine. Please put your name on your belongings.
